Rock N Potato ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use rocknpotato.com, how we use it, and the third-party services involved.

Two Promises

• We don't sell your information. Ever.
• We only use the information you provide to improve your experience — answer your inquiry, deliver your order, or send updates you asked for.

Information We Collect

When you interact with our site, you may share:

• Contact form — name, email, optional subject, and message.
• Catering form — name, email, phone, company, event date, guest count, and message.
• Membership signups — email, optional name, and the tier you reserved (Fan / VIP / Founder).
• Merch waitlist — email only.
• Anonymous usage data — pages visited, device type, approximate location, and event interactions (see "Analytics" below).

How We Use It

• Respond to your inquiry, catering request, press question, or partnership idea.
• Send you the membership / merch updates you opted into.
• Improve menu decisions, marketing, and customer experience based on aggregated, anonymous behavior.
• Keep the website secure and operational.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, primarily to remember your preferences and to allow analytics services (below) to measure aggregate site usage. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings; the site continues to work without them.

Analytics

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic and event measurement.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — page views and conversion events to measure marketing performance.

These services may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data such as page paths, device type, and event interactions (DoorDash clicks, Get Directions clicks, form submissions, etc.). They do not receive your name, email, or message text.

Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third parties, each with their own privacy policy:

• DoorDash — when you click "Order on DoorDash," you leave our site and DoorDash's terms apply.
• Fourthwall — our merch shop at rock-n-potato-shop.fourthwall.com is operated by Fourthwall; purchases are handled there.
• Instagram — embedded posts and follow links are governed by Meta's terms.
• Google Maps — the embedded map and Get Directions links are governed by Google's terms.
• Yelp / Google Reviews — when you click a review platform CTA, you leave our site.
• Resend — we use Resend to deliver form-submission notifications to our internal team.
• Emergent platform — our hosting and database providers handle data on our behalf.

Data Retention

Form submissions are stored in our database until we no longer need them to follow up with you or fulfill a request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Contact Us" below).

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, use the contact form and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
